Uncovering and development of the Nosachev field is supposed to be done using self-propelled
equipment.
Construction of the mine is supposed to be carried out in two stages. Site layout plan and a scheme for
uncovering the deposit (stages 1 and 2) have been developed.
The uncovering step of the first stage is taken up to the horizon minus 100 m. The underlying horizons
to be uncovered in the II stage. The uncovering of the first stage is carried out by a transport slope, air
supply and air output shafts (rising). The transport slope to be passed in sediments from the surface by
a special method with a section of 38.5 m2 outside of shaft timber and a section of 24 m2 inside, in a
rock mass with a section of 21.8 m (in two lines – empty and cargo). The slope performs the functions
of the main ore-producing line, serves for lowering equipment and materials, and is also used to deliver
people to the bottom by machines of the UKRL type (26 people). The upraise drift pass in the centerand along the flanks of the deposit. In flooded sediments, they are passed from top to bottom by a
special method (freezing). Further, a pilot well is drilled from the bottom of the hole and from below
the worked-out (minus 100 m horizon) drilling with RINO and Robbins rigs, with expansion to the
required size (4-5 m) is performed.
Sinking operations are carried out with self-propelled equipment. The list of main and auxiliary
equipment and their cost have been determined. The delivery of the rock mass is carried out by trolleys
of the company “Keruna” with a carrying capacity of 50 tons. Calculations of the delivery of ore and
rock have been made. The estimated cost of trolley haulage costs has been determined.
Along the central air supply rising shaft “Cage-type” air is supplied, polluted air is discharged along the
flanks. The insurgents are equipped with a cage lift to provide emergency exits, as well as to lower
people into the mine.
The trunks are fastened by spraying concrete up to 10 cm. Barrel rigging is considered in 2 versions.
The first one has a rigid reinforcement and a running compartment. The second – with cable guides
without a running compartment. As an emergency mechanized lifting, the mobile unit ASPPU-6.3 is
used.
Communications are laid along the cage shaft. The sections of the slope during drilling by a special
method and in bedrocks are determined. To speed up the start of cleaning work at the minus 100 m
horizon, it is proposed, after slope sinking, to provide advanced driving of workings on one ventilation
wing to organize the first-priority mining area (I start-up complex).
Schedule Г'КР. the volumes and their cost to ensure the productivity of 4 million tons of ore per
year during the commissioning of the 1st stage of construction (1st and 2nd start-up complexes) and the
possible dates for the start of clearing works have been developed and determined.
Clearing works are carried out using the technology of continuous mining of ore using a storey and
sublevel-chamber mining system with a hardening backfill and self-propelled loading and hauling
equipment. This technology is progressive, resource-saving, developed taking into account modern
scientific and technical trends in rock pressure management, provides a high concentration of mining
operations, and was introduced for the first time at the Maleev mine.
A constructive and technological scheme has been developed.
Block parameters:
– strike width – 100 m:
– length across the strike – 80-100 m:
– number of cameras in the block – 5;
– steady camera distance – 15-20 m.
The cameras in the block are worked out in a continuous order. First, the chamber of the first stage is
worked out and laid, then the chamber of the second stage is worked out in the undercut, then the
chamber of the third stage is worked out by the sublevels, with the formation of an inclined tent-shaped
mining line in the block. The monthly productivity of the block, with the use of a load haul dumper of
the TOPO-400 type, according to the experience of the Maleev mine, reaches from 35 to 60 thousand
tons, depending on the capacity of the ore in the block.
