Limited Liability Company TIOFAB, LTD is a private company founded in 2001 to implement the Project for the development of the Nosachev apatite and ilmenite ore deposit. The Company is registered in the city of Cherkassy ,Ukraine.
The Company received in 2003 the Special Permit No. 2432 dated 08.10.2003 for geological exploration of the Deposit, becoming one of the few companies in Ukraine that carried out geological exploration of the deposit at their own expense.
As of today TioFab is the owner of Special Permit No. 4335 dated 20.08.2007 for the use of subsurface resources for the purpose of extracting mineral deposits.
To solve complex technical and technological issues, in the process of preparing the Deposit for commercial operation, the Company involved more than 20 domestic specialized institutes and organizations, as well as Swedish companies such as Metso Minerals, Minpro and Atlas Copco, Finnish companies Sandvic Tamrok and Kemira, Canadian companies Thyssen Mining Constructions of Canada LTD, Mine steel Fabricators Limited, Northern Technology, American – Outotec ,Rio Tinto and others.
